A striking and highly distinctive piece of Danish mid-century design by Laurids Lønborg, this sculptural teapot warmer combines bold lemon-yellow circular elements with a contrasting black metal structure.

The warmer retains its original Laurids Lønborg Denmark label, adding an important mark of authenticity and provenance.
Lønborg is particularly associated with playful, colourful and inventive Danish household objects from the mid-century period. Other documented Lønborg pieces are attributed to the 1960s, and the design and construction of this warmer are consistent with that period. I have therefore dated this piece as likely 1960s rather than assigning an exact production year.

The yellow painted/enamelled surface and black metal structure show some light surface marks and signs of wear consistent with age. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the condition description.
The original Laurids Lønborg label remains attached, which is a particularly nice detail for collectors.
